Our impact & vision

Help Us Build What Our Community Needs

Pinson Point Collective is a growing nonprofit rooted in purpose. Every dollar you give goes directly to the people who need it most and every partnership you form helps us reach further.

We didn't start this organization because it was easy. We started it because too many people in our community were falling through the cracks — and we refused to look away.

Pinson Point Collective

Where we started

Born From a Gap That Couldn't Be Ignored

In August 2023, Pinson Point Collective was founded with a single conviction: that every person deserves a real pathway to stability  not just a referral, not just a pamphlet, but actual, sustained support.

We saw families navigating housing crises with no one to call. We saw individuals with disabilities unable to access the IHSS benefits they were entitled to. We saw job seekers with real skills and no resources to translate them into opportunity. We saw young people with potential and no clear pathway into the workforce. We saw people who wanted to build financial futures but had never been taught the basics.

So we built something. Not a program a collective. A community-centered organization that wraps around people and walks with them through the hard parts.

Where we're going

Our Vision for This Community

We are still in our early years  but our vision is long-term, and we are building with intention.

Every family housed

We are expanding our housing stability program to reach more families at risk of displacement before crisis hits — not after.

Every disability supported

We are growing our IHSS and disability navigation team so no one has to fight the system alone. Independence is a right, not a privilege.

Every young person work-ready

We are investing in youth work readiness — equipping the next generation with job skills, professional development, and real employment connections so they can build careers, not just find jobs.

Every worker ready

We are building a community-to-workforce pipeline in partnership with local employers — creating real jobs, not just job training.

Every family financially free

We are launching cohort-based financial literacy programs that build lasting habits — budgeting, credit, banking, and beyond.

Our commitment to you

We Believe in Full Transparency

As a growing nonprofit, we take our responsibility to donors and the community seriously. Your trust is not something we take lightly  it is something we earn every day.

  • 100% of donations go directly to programs and services  not overhead
  • We report our outcomes honestly, including what we are still working to improve
  • We are building toward full financial reporting as we grow
  • Every partner and donor relationship is built on mutual accountability

Your Support Turns Vision Into Reality
